The superior queen room I stayed in was beautifully designed with traditional balcony. The location offered was particularly good and stunning adjacent to the shopping street, the center of the village next to all restaurants, and restaurants and shops.

The hotel is located in a central area next to the town center and lake. It offers a cozy restaurant. I can't recommend it highly enough.

The newly renovated twin room had a lovely view of the lake and we were impressed with the attentive service and the meticulous attention to detail.

The room was clean and spacious. It is convenient to many eating places and supermarket Casino. The train station and CNG, Evian ferry terminal is also nearby thus easy to go to Lausanne and connect to Swizterland especially if you have the swiss pass.We were really grately for them to give us a single bed and a cot for use for free for our kids too.

Great location, right in the heart of beautiful Evian. Beautiful view of Lake from windows. Large room. For expensive Evian, this is great value for money.

The relaxation area (although we didn't use it, there were no sign to let us know whether it was open or not), location of the hotel.
The receptionist didn't tell us anything apart from our room number upon arrival and came across as rude. The hotel is very old-fashioned.

Everything about the appearance of this hotel is tired and dated, there really is nothing to like. We checked out after just one night
The reception staff lied under the instructions of the manager and stated that the reserved parking was not available, also we were not given a balcony with a superior lake view room in spite of the description on the website. The management did resolve these issues but under duress and following a heated argument. The worst welcome at a hotel anywhere in Europe after 30 years of extensive touring. We checked out early after our holiday had almost been ruined by the lies and arrogance of this hotelier. Treating guests with contempt is a dangerous game during a recession. Avoid if you like the truth.
